best pan de sal in manila

this is hands down the best pan de sal in manila. and bonus that it's vegan! light, pillowy soft, just the right amount of airiness, perfect chew. a must if you're in the Philippines!

Pan de Manila

It’s great PdM offers vegan options, which are clearly marked. We tried the cinnamon pandesal, and it was alright. It was basically a roll of bread with sweet cinnamon on the outside and plain bread on the inside. It might be excellent warmed up and with some vegan butter, but I don’t have that option available to me. But you do, give it a try!
