love this place, always has what I'm looking for!
the owner is so friendly and helpful. the produce selection is great and the healthy foods she has available are great compared to the rest of the town!

Great find! - Edit
Pamela's Health & Harmony is an oasis among the shore's greasy pizza shops and boardwalk funnel cakes! We were overjoyed to find organic produce and enough vegan and organic pantry items to fill a few (reusable!) shopping bags! Not a bad drive from our vacation spot in Ocean City, NJ, either. We also appreciate the kind and helpful owner, who seemed quite loved by some loyal shoppers who stopped by while we were there. A good sign!
Oh, the prices weren't bad for a specialty store, either.
