Bring back the vegan wings! - Edit
I have always loved Palomino and enjoyed their tofu wings for probably over a decade. They recently reopened with a smaller menu which is a bit disappointing, but the hot chicken sandwich and fried pickles are great!

Open again! Dive bar w/veg options - Edit
We used to hit this spot a lot prior to the pandemic. They have really struggled since then but are slowly opening more and more.

The current options are very limited. They have a Beyond Burger (should be noted that they used to make their own) and a Hot Fried Chicken Sandwich.

Yummy vegan wings! - Edit
I tried the vegan wings - some are tofu and some are seitan - and they were delicious! I got them with the hot sauce, but they also have a bbq or dry run option. They serve them with vegan ranch that was really good too. The service was good and everyone was super nice, plus the atmosphere was fun!

Big hearty dishes. Vegan options are clearly marked. I LOVE the atmosphere here -- very much like a classic diner with great music playing. They have bar seating if you prefer that, but also lots of tables. Their bar specializes in whiskey. They usually have a pie or two that's vegan (check out their bakery case in the middle of the seating area for whatever is marked with a 'v'). This is where I usually go when I can't decide. They do vegan chicken & waffles during weekend brunch.
