Best Indian North of Houston - Edit
This is a hidden gem. Clearly marked vegan section on the menu with many items. They do not skimp on spice, it tastes amazing. Recommend the chana masala, bagara baingan, and tadka dal.

We visited Palette before COVID-19 put a damper on dining, and the owner was around to talk. He was friendly and helpful, and the food was great. I ordered my food "spicy," and I shouldn't have. lol. It was almost too spicy to eat, even though I regularly order spicy dishes elsewhere. Regardless, it was good, and they have one of my favorite dishes (gobi Manchurian), so I hope they will be around for a long while! Give them a shot!

Read moreThe place is amazin from atmosphere inside, stuff, owner, to delicious food. They have probably more than 10 vegan options on manu, almost all off them are gluten free also, we tried almost all and all tastes amazing.
