Good Mayan food - Edit
Service to start was a little slow but extremely friendly. Asked if the tacos alone are enough for dinner, seemed unsure and suggested ordering more of still hungry after. Unfortunately most starters are for two people there so it was not possible. The food tasted great along with the fresh Juice.

We had a satisfying dinner at Pak’al and were pleased with the food quality. The reviews hold true, with plenty of vegetarian options. We enjoyed the use of fresh vegetables and herbs, along with delightful juices. The English-speaking staff provided excellent service. The beautiful garden adds to the experience. We plan to return for dinner during our stay in Valladolid. The only drawback is the limited indoor space.

I was visiting Vallodolid and I chose this place on a whim. I was very pleasantly surprised! The servings were generous and food was delicious. I had the vegan panuchos. Although it's not a fully vegan restaurant, they have vegan and vegetarian options. The staff were aware of concerns and willing to explain dishes when requested.

Gem of a place with vegan options, excellent service and a pretty courtyard at the back - Edit
Gem of a place and such a relief to arrive in Valladolid and find a decent meal straight away. Several vegan options, I went with the salad option which is what I wanted after a run of stodgy options available at places days before. Nuts, seeds, olives all on offer. Would be keen to try the other options though, maybe tomorrow! Excellent service from Christian who was so lovely and explained a few of the plants in the garden which are used in Mayan cooking. The courtyard looked cool with nice lighting and warm wood furniture to sit at. Made for a really lovely evening with my husband
