This place seems to preferentially use local organic ingredients and they claim to be NON-GMO and use no MSG. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. 245 baht for 2 drinks and 3 dishes.
Some of the dishes contain egg.

This place is only open from 10am-2pm and the people there didn't seem very happy to have guests at 1pm, even though we were the only people there. There was no rice available (don't think that's ever happened to me anywhere in Asia before!), and the atmosphere was a bit unfriendly. BUT the food that we did have (a spicy noodle dish with tofu) was FANTASTIC - possibly the most delicious meal I've had in Thailand for ages. Soooooooooo tasty. Delicious juices, too.

Best place in Pai! - Edit
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Possible to make almost everything vegan. The food is great and the curry dishes are to die for. You can really tell that the food is well made. The chef seems to use very little oil so the food feels healthy.

Very cheap (all the meals cost about 50 bhat) and super delicious food. The place is also very clean compare to other Thai restaurants of the same price range.

I've been living in Pai for a while, and the cook here knows what he's doing. No msg, no stock, little oil, full of flavor. I eat here regularly for breakfast and lunch. So cheap for the quality food you're getting. Highly recommend.
