Adequate vegan cheese! - Edit
Believe me when I say I have eaten this vegan cheese A LOT. I find that it is best to ask for light cheese and to let is cool a bit before eating as it turns to lava when there is too much of it or it is too hot. Toppings are all great and great quality. The Sicilian salad dressing is also vegan.
