Hearty amazing vegan paella - Edit
Just sampled the vegan paella at the Salem Saturday market, and this is some hearty flavorful pealla! Apparantly the vegan version is sompopular here, he constantly has to make more and just had to buy a larger paella cooker to keep up with the vegan demand, which is a great testament that I am in agreeance with. It seems to change batch-to-batch and week to week, ao its worth revisiting.
Pros: Flavorful, hearty, Good value, Watch it made in front of you!
Cons: Saturdays and special orders only
