I’d bean wondering - Edit

I come here for lunch regularly and always order the nachos, as everything else is not so good (burrito too full of brown rice, taco like cardboard, BBQ corn dry to the point of being practically inedible). The nachos are tasty with just a little bite. I went in today and found out I could add black beans to them for $4, which is not clear on the vegan menu. I had always thought they needed beans and now I know I can get them for a fairly reasonable (if not cheap) $17.50.

Pros: Tasty nachos, Friendly, helpful staff

Cons: Very dry grilled corn, Too much brown rice in burrito, Tacos cardboardy

Fresco - Edit

Fresh ingredients & vibrant flavours in both the Burrito & Nachos, both of similar size & price to other Mexican eateries.

The chips & churros that are listed on the vegan menu are cooked in a deep fryer that also cooks body parts. Paco's Tacos have been contacted about this, hopefully this is something that they will change.

Decent vegan options - Edit

The burrito is better than most; good to see the inclusion of rice in the filling.

The nachos are a fresher, less stodgy version most would be accustomed to and quite enjoyable but may be better as a shared starter.

Will return at some point to try the enchilada.
