I wouldn’t say extensive & impressive - Edit
I wouldn’t say extensive & impressive selection of vegan options. They have some vegan staples like daiya cheese, some from your heart, and miyoko’s. However everything is double normal price, so if you plan on staying here I would try to bring your own food otherwise you’re paying for convenience. It’s kind of like a more upscale gas station convenience store or a university campus store.

Decent selection for small store - Edit
They have: beyond burgers, breakfast sausage, daiya pizza, daiya cheese shreds/slices/cream cheese. Some gardein meats. Follow your heart parm and feta. Miyokos mozzarella and butter. Oatly and a few other oat milks. Oatly creamer. Tofurkey slices. Lightlife hot dogs. Some plant based ice cream bars. Ben and Jerry’s plant based ice cream. Then a selection of accidentally vegan stuff like pancake mix, Oreos, etc.
