Lovely cafe south of Calgary. Super popular and friendly. Beautiful decor in and out.

Had an amazing BLT panini. Super flavourful and loaded. Had a latte as well with their house made milk which was good. Sunflower seed, date and cashew I believe it was. They do also have other milks.
If you’re not used to natural milk, do say yes to some sweetener in it as it can be surprising.
Lots of seating inside as well. #Veganuary
Pros: Beautiful inside and out, Flavourful , Allergy conscious staff

I came here after a long day hike at Banff and had the BLT and Oreo mylkshake. What a treat ! The space is cozy and decorated with art for sale. The food was good. A very conscientious place.

Absolutely delicious food. I was there twice on a recent worktrip to Calgary and had delicious plant based breakfast and lunches for my class. Their pesto was my favorite though their BLT, Buffalo chickpea wrap, autumn harvest salad and smoothies were also very tasty. Owners are very friendly

Had a quick chat with the owners, they are super friendly and they make their own almond milk! I ordered a Canadiano and muffin, they were amazing! I will definitely be coming back with friends 😁

A smile over a hot cup of coffee, an exotic elixir, and the hushed excitement of a new place where you can eat anything on the menu. And what a selection, if breakfasts, lunch, snacks, all kinds of everything. More menu options then you can find online, you will be excited to come back and try something new again next time. And -all of it- is made of that world changing entrepreneurial motivation: to bring more good for mother earth, body and soul to the community. Another aspect of kindness in this cafe is the unrushed welcoming ambiance. A real 'future friends everywhere' type place where the whole rooms energy is good, comfortable and tuned into the simple pleasures of the meals, their unrushed company and the space. Atmoshpere is cozy/ exotic. As if you are visiting your closest friends home; with plush and varied nooks, kitchen tables, window seating, airmchairs, books, a youngling area and swings to hang around on. Very exotic- as this just so happens to be in a reclaimed minimalist Peruvian garden. Textures, trinkets, art, photos of happy animals and plant life veganing up the place. Enjoy the gifts of mother earth around you and the plate. #Veganuary
