Has many clearly labeled vegan chocolates, including with nuts, cafe, or salt. Has guided tours where you can observe and learn about the process of making chocolate, as well as taste various products. Open Mon-Sun 9:00am-8:00pm.

Gourmet natural chocolate - Edit
The shop is a bit outside of the main area of town, just 10 minutes down the main road towards the bus terminal direction. I stopped in and had an espresso and asked the woman working about what vegan chocolate options she had (chocolate sin leche). I was very pleasantly surprised to be shown a number of different options that had the vegan logo on the back. There were some bars of chocolate in the fridge, small chocolate treats, and other products like coco butter (all clearly labeled vegan). I was able to sample the plain dark chocolate and was given a little chocolate treat with my coffee. It is pricey by Ecuador standards but it's a boutique using all natural local ingredients so it makes sense. I paid $5 for a bar of chocolate and $2 for my coffee.
