Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes include Thai curry, stir-fried eggplant, Buddha's feast, and mapo tofu - vegans please inquire if any are vegan or could possibly be made vegan. Fried rice can be ordered with vegetables only (ask to omit egg). Open Mon-Thu 11:00am-11:00pm, Fri-Sat 11:00am-12:00am, Sun 11:00am-11:00pm.

Sodium Overload - Edit
I appreciate that PF Chang's has vegan options and it's a nice spot to eat with friends and family who aren't vegan but with that said, they're also not the most cautious about food contamination. I found a piece of meat in my tofu dish once and had to stop eating altogether. Also the food is always at least 2x saltier than it should be. Almost like they think if they burn off your taste buds with sodium that you won't be able to tell that the food is actually bad.
