Serves meat, vegan options available. U.S. restaurant chain offering Americanized Chinese cuisine since 1993 expanded to include international franchisees. Several of the sides and appetizers are vegan, such as the lettuce cups (choose veg), chili-garlic string beans, wok spinach, and Sichuan asparagus, among others. Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes include Thai curry, stir-fried eggplant, Buddha's feast, and mapo tofu - vegans please inquire if any are vegan or could possibly be made vegan. Fried rice can be ordered with vegetables only (ask to omit egg). NOTE: Reported July 2023 to have limited vegan options – please send updates to HappyCow. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-9:00pm.

Salty & not vegetarian friendly - Edit
They do not offer a varied set of options to get complete proteins in a vegan meal. You can order vegetarian dishes, but web gune IT hard to gero a truke metal here

PF Chang's shouldn't even be in this app. They're horrendous. I've been told by their staff that they have nothing vegan on multiple occasions.and had to walk out.

Pass on PF Chang's - Edit
Per kitchen staff, the ONLY vegan dish/option is the Buddha's Feast. All the other vegetarian dishes have sauces that are not vegan. The Buddha's Feast was tasty, but very salty. Recommend vegans pass on this place.

Awful “vegan” options - Edit
Very limited vegan options. It was basically some rice, seemed like just canned or boxed veggies, and some barely discernible sauce. I couldn’t add enough soy sauce to make this have any taste. This place is a waste of time and $ for vegetarians or vegans.
