Great chain option - Edit
The beauty of going to a chain is that you always know what you’re going to get. While my parents were visiting during our move we ended up getting take out from this location twice. We always specify that we are vegan and hope the restaurant complies. For some reason they also made our dishes the second night gluten free which was interesting. Not all vegans are gluten free and vice versa, but none of us cared. The food was good both nights. The eggplant is our favorite and we ended up getting two the second night. As a new person to the area, I’ll definitely pick take out up occasionally. As someone who lived in China, I hope this isn’t representative of the area’s vegan Chinese food, though.
