Great Oyaki - Edit
They offer fresh oyaki that are made in place. Every option is vegetarian and there are many vegan options too. Worth the stop.

This is the main store of Irohado (they have a few outlet throughout the Nagano area).

The oyakis are all very good, it's a shame they use dairy for their desserts though
