Salty Bagel - Edit
Limited vegan options for spreads, I got the everything bagel with cashew spread. Thought it was salty and hard (mainly cause I kept it in my pocket on the commute home). Overall, an average experience and I don’t think I would bring my girlfriend who is vegan here.

Better Than Average Bagel - Edit
Whoah, they finally added cashew cream cheese to their menu! It has kind of an odd flavor, but I liked it paired w/their everything bagel. The seed mix includes caraway, which is unusual + changes the whole vibe. I could take it or leave it. I thought the bagel itself is good but a little dense. Their prices are a bit higher bc it’s a tip-free establishment + they pay their workers a living wage, which should be the norm in Seattle, imo.

Great bagels but no vegan shmear - Edit
I picked up a pumpernickel and everything bagel to try, but took them home first because they only have hummus and peanut butter for vegan options. The bagels were actually really good! The pumpernickel had a good rye flavor and the everything had toppings on both sides and great texture (crisp outside and chewy inside). I would definitely get bagels here again, but it’s BYO shmear. Hopefully more vegans will come and raise the demand for vegan shmear. 😁
