title says it all—this place is closed 99% of the time for some reason & when its open they seldom have vegan options on hand that are good tasting/quality

It’s a good day when I make it in before the Morning Glory muffin and Adventure cookie sell out. Thankful they also offer milk alternatives for lattes.

The vegan Mushroom Tartine was delicious and different from anything I've had at other restaurants before. Looking at the bags of coffee beans they had on the shelf, the coffee was local and had been roasted only 3 days ago which is very fresh for coffee, they say the flavor peaks around a few days to a week after roasting. So I tried the latte with oat milk and it was delicious. I'm not a fan of fruity notes in coffee but they were still somewhat subtle as a latte.
