delicious, freshly cooked food! - Edit
A bit tricky to find, you have to enter the market hall and go to the very end. Right next to a meat shop you'll find the cafe. It is pretty tiny, not much space to eat and not many tables. We had to wait quite a while, because they didn't have any falafel left and prepared new ones. Everything is fresh and the food was absolutely delicious. They also sell some vegan products (cheese, sausage, various types of milk, raw bars, sgushyonka (condensed milk), tofu etc)

Only vegan place in Yaroslavl - Edit
Alone the courage to be the first in the market deserves 5 stars. The friendly owners actually inspired me besides others to become vegan and two weeks after meeting them I did. The food, although very well prepared is a bit on the experimental side of things e.g. Burger with vegan cheese or Japanese gluten-free cold noodles. Maybe more mainstream vegan food such as hummus, Toast with Avocado, Avocado salad with roasted chickpeas or a Quinoa bowl would convince more meat eaters. Cozy place in a market hall, good for hanging out a bit.
