Throughout the rest of the menu -- soups, starters, rice, noodles etc.-- vegetarian items are marked with a green leaf symbol. The chips (French fries) don't get the green leaf, presumably because they're cooked in the same deep oil as meat. Most noodle dishes don't get the green leaf either, even those with no meat in them, presumably because of the egg.
