good coffee and more than a couple vegan treats - Edit
Not a lot to say, really. It's a coffee house, yeah? Plenty of seating, A/C, open early, offers oat milk, and some vegan treats you don't see often, like croissants. Plus they were playing Chili Peppers on repeat, if that might do it for you.
