Beer and Vegan - Edit
Excellent vegan burger and vegan pretzels. The beer made there isn't bad either.
Pros: Great tasting food , Nice atmosphere, Nice location

I'm incredibly happy that a place like Otto's exists... they have vegan appetizers and entrees clearly marked, and the food is delicious. The staff is friendly and willing to help you out, meanwhile it's usually pretty lively and the atmosphere is fun. It's basically my favorite restaurant to go to in the State College area if you want a meal that satisfies you!

Veg Specials Wed. Nights!!! - Edit
Check out Otto's on Wednesday nights! Many interesting and creative vegan items on the specials menu! Last week my family had vegan chocolate cake, vegan risotto with mushrooms, vegan soup that was YUM...
Vegan items are clearly listed on the menu!
