Otto never disappoints - Edit
Must visit if you are in Greater Manchester. I've been to Otto's several times and it has never disappointed. The mezze board is amazing so are the salads and mains of course. 100% recommended.

A hidden gem - Edit
Hidden up these rainbow 🌈 stairs is a meal that’ll wake your taste buds up to a whole world of flavour — and not a bit of meat in sight!
Read moreI’ve wanted to go here for the longest time it’s everything I hoped for and more.
From the moment you step through the doors, you’re treated like a VIP. The service runs like clockwork, every team member shines, and trust me — you will leave satisfied
The vibe: Cosy, quirky and full of Middle Eastern charm — the kind of place that instantly makes you feel transported somewhere else. Greeted by Ben, who single-handedly served the whole place with such calm professionalism and warmth. 🌟
With an extensive food and drinks menu your spoilt for choice , I’ve been twice and so impressed with myself as I’ve pretty mum tried every dish and not one has disappointed
Rest assured what you choose will be good , vegan or not a lovely lil spot in Bramhall , well worth the hour journey and once you try you will just want to keep going back ! My new fave spot for sure
Pros: The service , The food , The experience
Cons: I don’t live closer , Hard to park

Can't fault it! - Edit
Came here after the Manchester Half Marathon freezing, starving and nearly 2 hours late.
Read moreThe food was delicious and they were so friendly and accommodating. Will be returning in 2 weeks after our trip to Pigs in the Wood.
We had the Sunday roast which was the best we had had for a long time. Really eager to try the rest of the menu as it looks gorgeous.
Decor lovely too and a great intimate venue.
Pros: Sunday Roast delicious!, Great Staff, Good Prices

Hotto to trotto - Edit
Wide-ranging menu and lots of nice flavours. The dishes we ordered weren't 5 star material (the mezze was small and hit and miss on flavours, the wrap was a bit thrown together). However the service was great and we enjoyed the chocolate desert.

First visit to Otto - underwhelmed - Edit
First visit here for mine and my partners anniversary meal. Very impressed with the rainbow staircase up to the restaurant. Also loved the decor, photos on the wall and the toilets were beautiful and very clean. We had the mezze board to start which was the highlight, delicious sauces and pitta. Waiter asked if we wanted more pitta and gave us more for free. The waiter also gave us the recipe for our favourite sauce. We both had the roast for our main. Gravy was delicious, broccoli was amazing and nut roast was so tasty. Didn’t eat the Yorkshire pudding because it knocked me a bit sick because it reminded me of an egg custard (the consistency) but I’ve also never had a vegan Yorkshire pudding before so maybe that’s why. Glad I saved it til last otherwise it would have put me off the meal. Roast potatoes were delicious, soft and fluffy in middle but could have been crispier on the outside. Also no stuffing which would have made it so much better. Finally there were no traditional roast dinner sauces like mint and cranberry which was a disappointment. The only other sauces were on the menu and weren’t really roast dinner appropriate and cost £1.50 each. We shared the knickerbocker glory desert but asked for it with no Vimto jelly. This cost us £10 and was extremely disappointing. The menu said it was served with chocolate and cherry icecream, there was no cherry in that icecream. It also stated a variety of fruit but it came with 4 raspberries on top, no other fruit inside. It was mostly cream. We didn’t finish it despite never wanting to leave food. Finally, I ordered the first bottle of Prosecco listed on the menu because I felt it was a bargain for £10.50. Yes it was my own mistake, because when the final bill came the Prosecco was actually £32.95 (the second one down). When I queried it the waiter said the first bottle is just a bottle for one. I felt the menu was a bit misleading. Yes it did say in the description of the Prosecco that it was a 20cl bottle but I do think the menu could have been clearer and either not listed it as a bottle or put in brackets after the price that it was a 20cl bottle. Waiter was friendly enough, was grateful that she gave us the recipe for the sauce we liked for our starter. But she never asked us how our meal was, neither of the courses. So I didn’t get the opportunity to tell her about the desert. I was also quietly fuming that I’d just spent £32.95 on Prosecco (p.s. I’m not a Karen I’m usually very easily pleased!)

Lovely Food, Disappointing Experience Overall - Edit
We visited Otto on a Sunday for the vegan roast, and while much of the food was excellent, the overall experience was let down by poor service and a disappointing dessert.
Read moreWe started with the mezze board, which was delicious. The vegan roast was a highlight. The gravy, vegetables, and nut roast were all full of flavour. I was excited to try the vegan Yorkshire puddings, but they were a letdown, with a cakey texture and little flavour.
For dessert, we ordered the vegan knickerbocker glory without jelly, expecting a generous fruit selection as stated in the menu. At £10, we were disappointed to get a soda glass with a scoop of chocolate ice cream, lots of cream, and just four raspberries.
The biggest issue was the lack of service. Staff seemed disinterested and unwelcoming, which really impacted the experience, especially at this price point. A reason we didn’t feedback at the time.
The location and atmosphere are great, and I’ve enjoyed previous visits, but I’ll be dropping my rating after this one.
Pros: All vegan, Freshly prepared food, Plenty of options
Cons: Price, Service, Staff

Yummy 😋 - Edit
Decided to pop in here after reading all the great reviews. We certainly weren't disappointed. Easy to find up the colourful steps at the side of a pub. Lovely decor and a warm welcome. We tried a mixture of the small plates and bread and dips. Everything was delicious, lots of smokey and spicy flavours. Funky music playing, which added to the ambience. Food was quick to arrive, so if you want a longer meal stagger your order.

Had a lovely meal here. Tried the Otto meze for starter which was really nice way to try a few dishes. Then kebab which was a beyond meat style kebab with lots of pickles, bread etc. we also had the potatoes and a cabbage dish as sides. We were stuffed! The staff were very attentive and the setting was quirky and very comfortable. A lovely meal and it felt very special for a reasonable price

Nice venue and delicious food - Edit
Had the mezze platter to start, with kebab for main, which was beyond meat crafted on the spit (pictured). The desserts were otherworldly, with a sweet potato chocolate mousse with cream and pistachio topping, and a Supangle chocolate cake with ice cream. 100% vegan will be going again as the menu is big! #Veganuary

Great restaurant - Edit
So happy we found this restaurant and were able to make time to eat there - if you find yourself in Manchester take the time to travel south to leafy Bramhall and this fabulous little Mediterranean restaurant. The food was amazing - we were 5 people and we all ordered different things and everything was delicious. We will definitely go back the next time we're in Manchester.

So tasty and lots of choice - Edit
I've been here a few times recently with omni friends who've enjoyed it every bit as much as I have. It's great to have tasty vegan food that's wholesome and makes great use of vegetables rather than meat substitutes. The menu is well thought out and varied and I find it hard to choose each time. Staff are friendly and welcoming and it's a nice place too.
