Do the vegan degustation menu! - Edit
Though I think there were 6 things listed on the degustation menu, with a couple small surprises I think there were actually 8 items. Everything was creative and beautiful, and it wasn't a ridiculous amount of food so we weren't uncomfortably full. The outdoor setting along the water was lovely. Everything about it was a high-end experience. Probably the best meal we had in Sydney.
Pros: Degustation menu, setting, creativity
Cons: pricey, inconsistent service

Amazing atmosphere, service and food. Everything you would expect from fine dining.
Must try:
- Ravioli di Barbabietola (ravioli of finely sliced beetroot, vegan cheese, pistachio, horseradish)
- Meringa (pavlova, coconut custard, pineapple, passionfruit sorbet) - amazing!
Pros: Great fine dining vegan menu, Excellent service, Nice waterfront location
Cons: Would like to see an all-vegan wine menu
