Vegan menu! - Edit
The vegan menu is clearly labeled and very delicious. Probably the priciest place, but definitely worth it. We had the rainbow roll, vegan roll and vege spring rolls. Ordered two poke bowls to go with the peanut sauce, all for around $45 USD.

Good sushi - Edit
The sushi here is more expensive than the restaurants in this city. It took them too long to make my sushi, they brought me the wrong order first and my boyfriend got his poke first and then I was waiting for too long. Poke was too small. The sushi was good but it was expensive - it could be bigger for that price.

The restaurant is a nice spot with just a few tables. Their menu offers a variety of vegan sushi rolls, and we made sure to sample them all.

We also had spring rolls. They were raw, and more similar to summer rolls - but seemed to be covered in oil.
Everything was freshly prepared, as sushi should be, but we ended up waiting about an hour for our food, despite only two other tables being served before us.
We spent 2400 on a bottle of water, a can of Pepsi, and just under 40 rolls. The price felt slightly high for the area, though reasonable for the quality of the food.
Pro tip: The sushi comes with a minimal amount of wasabi and ginger, but you can easily request more. They give you small portions on purpose because people somehow don’t eat wasabi and ginger here…
In the end, the experience was a mix of good service, satisfactory food, and a pleasant atmosphere.

There are several clearly labeled vegan options, as well as several veg options that could likely be modified. The food is delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented, but it's quite expensive, especially considering the portion size.

The best food I’ve had all week in Northern Macedonia. I had the poke bowl and swapped the teriyaki sauce for peanut sauce. It was super delicious, not a huge portion but enough for me (if you are a bigger eater you’ll probably want a side dish also). The only downside was that soft drinks were crazy expensive, I was charged 120 denar for a Pepsi max!

The sushi is really good and comes with the usual pickled ginger, soy sauce and wasabi. It’s a little bit more expensive than eating out at other places but that’s expected for sushi. The vegan options are clearly listed on the menu and there’s a few options, although mainly limited to just sushi. There’s 3 vegan sushi’s, summer rolls and a poke bowl that are vegan so there’s enough for 2-3 to have a lot of variety. It would have been nice to maybe had some miso soup or wakame salad on the menu to mix it up a bit more, but it is a really small restaurant so it’s understandable that there’s limited options.

The options were few but great. The vegan options are more expensive but you have 3 options. 2 nori/maki rolls rainbow (collection of vegetables) and sweet potato. And then they call it a wrap but it's more like a burrito and u have to ask them to make it vegan as it has a milk based sauce through it otherwise. They said it might be too dry but it really wasn't.

Delicious sushi! - Edit
Really delicious and fresh sushi. They have 2 vegan and 1 vegetarian variety. You can get the 3 dishes and it’s a good amount for 2 people. A tad expensive (for Macedonia) but definitely worth it. The staff are also very friendly and it’s a relaxed place to sit and enjoy.

Opened for a few months, this is probably the only place in Ohrid where you can find sushi. We had the veggie sushi rolls and wrap - they left out the cheese on request. Both were quite tasty! The vegetables are organic by the way. And it was worth the price.
Read moreAt the time we visited they were also experimenting with a dessert: watermelon in the shape of sushi, with vegan mascarpone, nuts/seeds, and berry syrup. It might be on the next menu, as it can change seasonally ;)
The owners are also very kind and up for a chat. I hope their business continues to grow, and that they keep the vegan options.
