Why it's even here? - Edit
Not like the place overall is bad, but from vegan perspective it's nothing.
Read more1. The most (not to say the only) visible veggie option was a bento box. And it wasn't any good.
2. More on that - it comes with miso soup. Weird.
3. And speaking of the rolls - good luck reading through 3 pages of rolls to find 2 or 3 veg options randomly mixed in. Not even close to the HappyCow's policies.
Pros: Non-vegan family members were satisfied.
Cons: Not vegan friendly.

Good vegan options - Edit
The menu has a whole section of vegetarian bento boxes - most of them are vegan. Croquette is a nice tempura piece made with multiple vegetables. The udon soup is ok, it includes more vegetables and tofu than the menu description. Most of veggie rolls are vegan.

Speciality rolls! - Edit
Very excited to find that there were a couple speciality rolls at Otoko Sushi. Most Japanese restaurants you can get plain avocado rolls but here they also have a Veggie Dragon Roll (tempura, asparagus, avocado, topped with eggplant & sesame) as well as Pink Lady Roll (Assorted vegetable, tempura wrapped with soy paper). They have a Veggie Bento Combination Box with lots of options which I'm looking forward to trying. As well as vegetable gyoza, various vegetable tempuras (eggplant, mixed mushroom, asparagus), and seaweed salad.
