Claudia, a friend who runs a vegan restaurant in Tijuana, told me that this was one of her favorite places to eat.
Read moreI decided to have an early dinner here. Having traveled throughout Japan, I first noticed that this restaurant has a very authentic Japanese feel to it, with an anime drawing on the wall and numerous Japanese accents including a flat panel screen showing anime videos.
The vegan ramen dish with miso broth is perfectly salted and is mild like it should be. The vegan chai is good, and Carlos said he is creating a new and improved recipe.
I was excited to hear that they are cresting more vegan items on their menu.
