Ho preso un antipasto e un primo e li trovati felicemente deliziosi. Merita 5 stelle ma l'app non mi consente di attribuirle perché non è un ristorante esclusivamente vegano/vegetariano. Ciò detto, le mie scelte sono state: Caponata di melanzane e peperoni in agrodolce con Torta al Testo (antipasto) e maccheroncini di canapa con pesto di pomodori secchi, mandorle, olive taggiasche e pan grattato tostato (il primo). The service was very slow. I waited an hour for my first course. I had filled up on bread by the time it came, so the overall dining experience was lacking. It's too bad because it was a nice idea to eat at a restaurant that claimed to feature organic foods. My companion (not vegan) ordered a well done burger that came out medium rare, even after careful instruction when ordering.! When bringing this to the manager/owner attention he responded with rudeness and inflexibility. This all led t a disappointing dining experience for us!

Questa Osteria si trova nella piazza centrale di Perugia. Ha solamente un piatto vegano per portata ma l'antipasto che ho preso, cioè i fagottini di verza ripieni di riso, e il primo, la pasta con pesto di pomodorini secchi e olive, erano molto buoni.
