Small osteria with a complete vegan menu - Edit
Sunday morning, looking for a place where we can have lunch with friends. In Umbria there are not many places with vegan options in the menu.
Read moreOsteria La loggetta offers you starters, pasta, and desserts. All vegan. And they offer second course vegan. In this place you can have tofu, seitan and legumes burgers. During the summer they have a small terrace overlooking the Trasimeno lake. An hidden gem. We really appreciated the starter with bread, chicory and smoker tofu, fresh pasta with asparagus and truffle. Regarding the second course unfortunately the seitan was industrial so not my favorite and the chickpeas burgers were tasty but more red spicy sauce would have been appreciated. Nice dessert.
The small village where this small restaurant is situated is Paciano. A very typical and nice place, that is worth a visit.
