Really nice rustic pastas - Edit
We had the Pici co' le briciole, which are the typical "fat" tuscan spaghetti, with fried crumbled bread. A typical Montalcino dish, worth a try! Besides this, we had Maccheroni with mushrooms, which were delicious, but we had to ask to have it dairy-free. We also had a bruschetta, which was very nice. In Tuscany it is not easy to find a place that offers this many vegan/vegetarian that can be made vegan options, so I would recommend it😄if you're going in the summer, make sure to reserve a table.
