Best meal from my trip! - Edit
Had an incredible meal with my family at Osteria Del Caroseno. Even with our last-minute booking, they prepared some fantastic "welcome dishes" with modifications for the vegans of the group. Everything was so fresh and seasoned perfectly. We started off with the welcome dishes - a mini tart, fried spaghetti bite, and an onion crisp. For an appetizer, we enjoyed the freshest bruschetta. My main course was a lovely risotto with zucchini flowers and asparagus. My partner ordered the handmade orecchiette with almond pesto and turnip tops. Then dessert was strawberry sorbetto with a cherry balsamic. Amazing!

Truly the best meal of my month-long trip in Puglia! I was shocked that this place wasn't on Happy Cow already, so I had to add it - I hope you'll give it a try!
