Ampia scelta di proposte vegane della cucina tipica lucane (praticamente già vegane per tradizione), e possibilità di selezionare sul menu (online) che si é vegani per poter scegliere direttamente tutte le opzioni adatte (una più buona dell’altra). Proprietaria gentilissima e molto disponibile, location bellissima.

Excellent cucina povera - Edit
Excellent food, perfect “cucina povera “ with some upscale elements. Clearly marked vegetarian and vegan options. We had broad beans and chicory, a vegetable soup, roasted potatoes, dry fried capsicum and onions. All was delightful. Location is very pretty too, in one of Matera’s cave.
