Enthusiastic kitchen that loves to cater for vegans

Although the Osteria has no vegan options printed on their menu, upon asking for the possibility of 'cooking something up' they actually sum up scores of dishes they can make on the spot.

As they say it, 'the Italian kitchen is basically vegan if you leave the parmesan'.

I ate there twice and gave the cook a free hand and they cooked a briljant plate both times. Friendly, affordable, great location.
Worth a detour if you're in the area.
