The food is OK - Vegan Garlic sauce is not so much - Edit
Tried the earlier version of Beyond Steak and thoroughly disappointed. Now that Beyond has come with a newer version decided to give it a try.
Read moreThe Steak is good and found it very chewy. As most plant proteins go, they need a little more flavour than regular proteins. The flavour in the protein very mute. The Shawarma OK. The vegan garlic sauce is not good at all. No garlic flavour or taste. Tasted powdery to us.
The Vegan Falafel on Fattoush Salad was poorly made. Wish we didn’t request garlic sauce and would have only gone with salad dressing. The Falafels were a bit over fried as well. Too much crunch and the size of the falafels feel like have gone smaller.
Pros: Staff knows what items are vegan/veganized
