Rice is cooked in animal stock - Edit
They will still call it “vegetarian.” However, when I asked if the rice was cooked in animal stock and if the beans were cooked with lard, the waitress didn’t know about the rice but the beans were not cooked in lard. She asked the kitchen about the rice and came back to tell me the rice was cooked in stock. So much for vegetarian options, let alone vegan.

The beans and rice are so good!! The potatoes too!! They try to get creative with their tofu here in their entrees but it doesn’t really come out that well—kinda bland. But there are lots of options here
Read more. Came back 2 years later and they have even more options! I was able to build my own breakfast burritos with soy chorizo and papas and beans!!! So good I even got it mojado style with enchilada sauce

Good, not great. We had a waitress who really knew how to order as a vegan and she gave us vast array of things we could create by kind of like ordering g a la carte. They did have marked vegetarian items on the menu but I can’t remember if there was specifically vegan marked items. My wife and I would definitely go back but we are not in a hurry. The food was just lacking flavor, basically bland.
