While menu is traditional Japanese fish and meat based, there are several vegan items, and if you ask, the kitchen will prepare a vegan sushi menu and dishes without eggs. Vegan maki include: #6 green maki (radish, cucumber, avocado), #21 kappa (cucumber), #22 avocado, #25 shinko (radish pickled), #33 cucurbit. Vegan nagiri include: #N8 inari (pocket of tofu), #N10 avocado. Salads include: #A3 goma wakame (seaweed), #A4 edamame (soybean) #A9 cucumber salad with coriander. Fingerfood: #A15 tofu. Noodle soups: #R6 fried udon noodles with vegetables. Dessert: yomogi daifuku (glutinous rice green cake with red bean stuffing). Contemporary Japanese style decor. Open Mon-Sat 11:30am-3:00pm, Mon-Sun 5:30pm-11:00pm.

Very good sushi - Edit
Amongst the best sushi I had so far!
Could improve by consistently declaring vegetarian and vegan dishes.
