The lady who served us was so friendly and even gave us some sake to taste
Really chilled atmosphere modern but also feels really authentic
The ramen was huge and stunning - I had the most recommended - zesty with tofu - but swapped out lard for rice oil
Totally delicious but warning it packs a punch 🥵
Would come again, and great to find somewhere which really takes allergies seriously and has a menu which is very clear and has meat too so my partner is happy
Also they do gluten free beer if you are gluten free

Best Ramen Hands Down - Edit
Only two vegan options but they do not disappoint! Each one has their own flavor blast and will keep you wanting more. Make sure to not to skip out on the wood ear mushrooms and the crispy eggplant!
