Best restaurant in Umbria - Edit
I am a long time client of Orto, and they never fail to surprise me. You can really taste the genuine flavour of the ingredients, and the recipes always get updated according to the season. There is a lot of research behind every dish, and they also offer a good variety of wines. If you pass by our region, you should definitely make a stop in Gubbio to visit the city and have a nice lunch/dinner at Orto.

We always choose L'Orto for special occasions! They always have great vegan options, different from usual and changing each season. To vegan dessert you have to ask them for some modification, but there are always some options out of the menu. Highly recommended!

Everything was absolutely delicious, I loved all the vegan dishes and so did my meat eating family who also tried a number of the vegetarian (not vegan) dishes and raved about all of those too!! A great choice for a mixed group.

One of the best vegan restaurant in Umbria - Edit
Since I moved to Umbria I’ve been looking for vegan restaurants. There are not that many, if you consider places where they know what means to serve a second dish that is not just grilled vegetables. Orto is a super nice restaurant, with plenty of vegan options. The restaurant is vegan and vegetarian. It is better to book in advance. I love how they cook. The menu changes according to the season. Don’t miss this place if you are in Gubbio.

I had hummus with seasonal veggies and it was delicious.
I had the opportunity to eat on the outside terrace and the atmosphere was beautiful.

Great vegetarian and vegan restaurant for lunch. We had the salad with hummus that was just great and two main courses. Finally a desert not on the menu. Very delicious ... just perfect with excellent service!! Will be back!!

A lovely place in the heart of Gubbio - Edit
I got there at 2.00 pm. They were polite and very professional. I've go vegan polpette with hummus and it was delicious. It is not very cheap but I think it is the perfect place to spoil yourself
