Arrivati per caso in questa bella e rustica location , veniamo accolti da sorrisi e lentezza , il problema non sono le materie prime , fresche e provenienti dai loro orti ( cosi dicono ) il problema è trattare i vegani come clienti di serie b , con piatti freddi , praticamente non cucinati , dai sapori assolutamente neutri , senza un minimo di inventiva . Per gli onnivori , sembra che la cosa sia nettamente diversa . Peccato , il posto la sera è carino

Ristorante di un camping, una fantastica scoperta: menù buonissimo che offre tantissime opzioni vegane, porzioni generose e tutto davvero gustoso. Sono pochi a gestirlo ma corrono tutto il tempo per poter offrire la miglior esperienza ai clienti: dolci vegani buonissimi, e prezzi assolutamente sotto la media. Consigliato!

There were several clean marked vegan options including 4 desserts. And of course plant milk for coffe. The food is grown on the farm and biological. The ambient is pretty nice and the staff very friendly. We both had a salad, a menu, a dessert, 2 coffe, 2 glasses of wine, 1l wather and just payed 60 €!!! I took as a main the beans and they were sooo delicious!

Location molto carina! Cibo buonissimo. Ho ordinato: porri gratinati, cecina, bordatino (zuppa toscana con la farina di mais ECCEZIONALE), fagottino di ortaggi, insalata di pomodori, tutti i piatti erano squisiti. Nel menù: 4 tipi di dolci vegani😄io ho ordinato il clafoutis di mele: buonissimo!

Update 06/2025: Apparently the chocolate ice cream is not vegan anymore!!! The staff told us there was a bit of dairy milk in it. But we‘ve tried strawberry this year and I have to say it‘s the best strawberry ice cream I‘ve ever had! 🍓
Read moreThis place is so pretty and cozy! The ice cream is so good! I’ve tried lemon and chocolate so far. Be careful: Not all the flavours are vegan, but about half of them are.
They have several savoury vegan options on their menu but I’ve never tried them. They sound delicious though, but are a bit expensive because the ingredients are organic and mostly locally sourced. They also have vegan cake (unfortunately wasn’t my thing at all).

Lovely little place belonging to a farm offering delicious home cooked slow food. Many vegan options and friendly staff. We had the beans, Bruschetta, Panini with Grilled vegetables and Schiachia with potatoes. All were absolutely delucious and recommendable

Diciture Vegan messe senza molta attenzione. Abbiamo preso un'insalata di riso integrale con dicitura VEGAN invece c'era il tonno!! Ce ne siamo accorti dopo qualche boccone ma da parte dei proprietari neanche delle scuse! Posto favoloso ma non basta. Non torneremo.

Best camp site with vegan food - Edit
If you are vegan and love camping you must visit Orti Di Mare in Locano/Elba! In peak seasons the restaurant is usually fully booked 1-2 days in advance. Our omni-friends enjoyed their meals, too. It‘s a bit pricey (vegan starter plate 16 EUR), but good value for local ingredients and lovely staff.
Read moreThe campsite is simple but well maintained and looked after. You can join activities like good morning meditation and guided tours through flora and nature around the site. I also enjoyed the vast choice of easily accesible MTB trails.
Lots of tents with families and younger #vanlife campers and less white walls on wheels.
Bring money or your own food. Not much grocery except a mini-market with not much vegan options (Alpro Soy Milk).

Went here as it was one of the veeerrrry few places on Elba that offers vegan food. It’s part of a bio camping location. And it did not disappoint! We had the vegan piadina (sort of quessadilla like dish with veggies & hummus), salad & bruschetta and it all was great! We will probably go back again during our stay here!

Nice bistro with shop, almost everything is self made stuff, transparent supplier lists, nice staff and a large play ground. They have also an agriturism camping site.
