Orion is simply perfection. Im staying here for 4 weeks and could not be happier with the cafe. Extensive wholefoods plant based menu. All of it delicious and filling. Gorgeous space with outdoor dining, including hammocks and bean bags. Screens lowered to protect from the rain. Dogs and cats wandering around freely which is simply delightful. Absolutely the best cafe I've been to in Thailand.

Some of the clients who were there for the yoga clearly thought they were the second coming or better, but bless them. They only mean well I’m sure. Very entertaining at least.

Best Vegan Menu on the island - Edit
Was pleasantly suprised with how good everything was here. My wife and I ordered 4 different dishes and every one was very good. Their ramen was especially tasty. This is how vegan food should be in a world where 90% of vegan restaurants are sub par.

Mixed experience here…the food is hit and miss, but mostly good. The staff-member who served us seemed to go out of his way to be rude. Really weird, aggressive energy. Perhaps he was just having a bad day, but I’d expect people to be able to at least be polite.

I'm updating my review after trying this place over the years and happy to see it's fully vegan for some time already. I love coming here because of the healthy options and there's a whole menu of even healthier detox options for those really wanting to eat clean.

It started with queuing up and having to make a decision and pay for it immediately rather than sitting down and getting our order taken. I know I sound like an entitled ... but I just pictured my Christmas dinner to be different rather than having to fuss first about what to eat and then having to pay for it all in one go. It just ruined the experience and the whole vibe was weird. No music either during a Christmas dinner! Anyway, the food was okay and I liked the raw sushi. And did I mention Eric? I mean, that was the real Christmas treat - haha!
Pros: Nice raw sushi and many raw options, I liked the cakes, I had Christmas dinner with Eric!
Cons: You have to pay immediately, No music during the event, I got a weird energy/vibe from the staff

Read moreThe food has been good so far, been a couple of times already on Christmas day. Had the mango smoothie bowl which was ok but the dried fruit was quite hard unfortunately. Toast and Jam was good, coffee was ok but came in a very small cup.
Went back in the evening for the Christmas Dinner special menu. The food tasted good but they brought out all the courses at the same time which was a little bizarre. By the time you had the appetiser and entree, the main was cold so disappointing.
Will definitely go back and try more dishes.
5 star for the location.
