As of January 2020, this is the only place in Istanbul that prepares cigkofte in front of you. The only offering is vegan cigkofte (as portion or wrap) with numerous salad options (such as lettuce, parsley, mint, etc.) and two sauces (hot sauce, pomegranate sauce). The only non-vegan item is ayran (yogurt drink). The shop is a 1 min walk from Baglarbasi underground station or 30 minutes walk from Uskudar ferries. Popular with locals. Open Mon-Sun 12:00pm-12:00am.

Absolutely amazing and insanely inexpensive - Edit
This was an amazing very filling meal served 4 ways. Small or large wrap (I think 16 or 19 TL), platter (24l) and massive platter (100tl).

Probably the best cigkofte i have ever had - Edit
The chef was very nice and generous (he gave us 3 samples without charging us anything) and very clean.
Read moreHe didn’t speak much english but he was patient and sign language got the job done🤝
Would totally recommend this place, it’s a hidden gem.
