thick and chewy, though a tad dry - Edit
i got the sicilian pizza, and i added vegan cheese, mushroom, green pepper, onion, and banana pepper. my husband chose a pre-made flavor choice, but he doesn't like olives, and the other guys in our group don't like pineapple. it was really easy to take off the olives and add pineapple, but only on one half!
Read moremy biggest critique is it seemed they were a bit light handed on the sauce, as the sicilian dough is quite thick and chewy, and i found myself adding tomato ketchup to finish. i think if i had gone for the farm pizza and subbed vegan cheese it would've been better, with a thinner crust.
otherwise, super fast, really nice, and pretty tastey!

It was once great until they changed the cheese - Edit
They used to have the best vegan pizza I’ve ever had. But they recently switched cheeses and now it’s not good at all. Vegan cheese doesn’t melt super well to begin with, but this cheese in particular doesn’t melt at all. It ends up turning into crunchy cheese shreds. And it’s just overall so bland.

Misinformed... - Edit
Went here specifically for vegan sicilian based on info and reviews and was told that the sicilian crust is definitely NOT vegan. Our server who was clearly feeling put out by my questions, told me the cauliflower was the only vegan crust and then changed that to add the GF crust. Obviously they don't really know and I was not impressed.

Cons: Not informed and probably not vegan.

Our Sicilian is vegan crust, not sure who informed you it’s not but wanted to let you know it is. All our dough is homemade by myself and contains no dairy. Cauliflower crust does contain Parmesan therefore it’s not vegan. Sorry for the delay response but I just saw your review. Excellent Vegan Pizza! - Edit
We had the deep dish (Sicilian) with lots of veggies and no cheese (they also have Daiya). EXCELLENT!!!! I'm from Chicago & used to run a pizza restaurant. This place is legit. I'm an instant fan. Great dough, great sauce. Salad was just ok. Friendly staff!

Casual, great pizza, and discerning beer - Edit
We ate here a few nights ago On a Sunday night at around 7 PM. We decided to sit at the bar since we like the kind of ambience. There were some other folks watching games on the TV, but overall the vibe was really chill and based on the last reviewers picture we ordered the half sheet of Sicilian deep dish pizza, pictured on its tray. It was excellent. The cheese was vegan and I was told the crust was also. I’m assuming the sauce was as well which was really concentrated and tasty as if it had been steeping all day. We had a couple toppings. the crust was really delicious. Great taste ... and had a nice crispy layer on the bottom. The two waitresses/bartenders were lovely and helpful, and the beer selection was a really good representation of local and national craft brews. All the rest of the pizzas are thin crust round pizzas by the way except for the Sicilian which is the only thick crust. They all have vegan options available. It was 2.50 extra for the vegan cheese, but the half sheet of six slices pictured above was $13 1 dollar each for the toppings (and extra for the vegan cheese. ) Thought it was a good deal considering the quantity and quality. We will be back. They also have a few tables outside and some regular and high top tables in 2 rooms inside. The place is small but cozy.

This Vegan Sicilian will make your wildest pizza dreams come true! - Edit
Deep dish vegan pizza? Yes please! This is the only place in town you can get thick crust. Great service. Patio is small, but dog-friendly. Staff understands vegan needs. Owner is thrilled to get vegan customers. The Sicilian pizza is so good you will slap your Italian granny.
