I went on purpose and found the shop to be closed with a note saying "I'll be back in 5 min", but no one came back and there’s no number to call. From what I could see from the outside the shop is tiny and the shelves were half empty, not offering much variety.

Tienen muchas alternativas de carnes como albóndigas, al pastor, brochetas, milanesas de avena, chorizo, chicharrón en salsa, taco oriental y mas, también embutidos como salchichas y jamón y gran variedad de quesos como: manchego, Chihuahua, mozzarella, panela, cottage, queso crema, también tienen pan macrobiótico y pastas de verduras. La tienda estaba muy vacía, Los anaqueles vacíos y el refri tenía muy pocas opciones y pocas de cada una.. caminamos bastante para llegar y si nos decepcionamos un poco

Great place for plant based meats - Edit
Plant based meats are somewhat difficult to find in Oaxaca, this place has a good variety. Also has cheeses, mayonnaise, cream, milks, tofu, bread (multigrain only). Usually has fresh made vegan muffins too! Note that this is not a grocery store, they don’t have fruits and veggies.

This tiny store is a decent sized walk from zocalo, especially if you are coming back carrying plant milks. However, they do have a few vegan foods that are otherwise impossible to get near the center of town. What they do have, apparently, varies considerably from one day to the next. So don’t go with any big expectations of anything in particular being in stock.

Nice staff and source for cheap vegan cheese - Edit
It is a very tiny store but worth a visit as a vegan. The staff was nice and I had a little chat despite of my bad Spanish. I bought some fairly cheap vegan cheese which, as usual, didn't taste as great on its own but man, I made some nice quesadillas with it!!! Too bad they I didn't have a kitchen in my second week in town!

A nice suprise to find this vegan grocer near my flat. A small shop but stocked with the vegan essentials including tofu, vegan meats and cheese, whole grain breads, and even vegan flan. Some days are much more stocked than others, so if they're low on stock, visit again.

Hidden Gem of a store! - Edit
I randomly walked by Origen one day and was very pleasantly surprised. Many of the products I was looking for since I had arrived in Oaxaca were sold here, tofu and other soy-based meats, vegan cheese, etc.
