Nice spot and good range on menu - Edit
The were quite a few vegan options outlined on the menu. We had a lunch deal which was 12e for salad starter, pasta or pizza main, soft drink or beer and coffee. We had a vegan calzone and a vegan pizza. Both generously sized and tasty. Friendly staff and good location.

Good food after a long flight. Nice to have so many options as a vegan! Came back a second time so edited to say the suppli vegana, gnocchi pesto vegana, tiramisú e caffe all delicious. Highly recommend!

I ate pasta pesto with gluten free pasta, and it tasted amazing.
Read moreI also took the artichoke bruschetta and 1 ball of supli and everything was good.
The supli, for me, was a little bit too fried, but the inside was perfect.

It is located in the center of Rome where all landmarks, shoppings, and restaurants are. Great location. Many vegan options. Staff were friendly. It was flavored enough but not my types of taste. It was full house when I visited.

Ate here twice on a recent visit to Rome and even though I chose different items each time, there were still plenty of other vegan options on the menu that looked equally as tempting. Difficult to pick favourites but the suppli, pesto gnocchi and lasagna were all excellent. Friendly and attentive staff, especially the lovely Julia who looked after us well from start to finish. Only able to give four stars on Happy Cow, given that the restaurant also serves meat, but certainly a five star experience

There were so many vegan options. I couldn’t decide. I liked it so much that I’ll go back again. My husband isn’t vegan, so it was so nice to have a restaurant that caters to everyone. Food was delicious! Servers were nice. It was a very relaxing atmosphere.

We came back and second time was even better. Everything was great! We had vegan supli and vegan pizzas: capriciosa is very good and amatriciana is delicious (if you like spicy food). Also carciofi alla romana is very nice.

We had lasagna and capricossa pizza. The lasagna was good, but the pizza was sort of average. The vegan terimisu was fabulous though, I must say.

I’ve had the most amazing food from Origano. I’m vegan and was worried about finding somewhere to eat in Rome. But I thankfully discovered this restaurant on my second day and I’ve eaten here 4 days in a row. The food is unbelievable and I’ve not had a better vegan pizza ever.

My favourites have been the bruschetta, vegan ortolana pizza and vegan tiramisu.
The place was always busy with Italians and tourists. And both meat eaters and veggies / vegans.
I even came here for breakfast (after 11am) for cappuccino with soya milk and vegan croissant (un cornetto) and the service is fantastic.
They were amazing and patient with me while I practised my Italian.
I’m 100% coming back again

One of the best meals we’ve had in Rome - Edit
I had vegan suppli, followed by a great pizza with vegan ham and lots of different veg. Lots of pizza places go cheeseless for vegans but Origano was the first I found offering vegan cheese. There were gorgeous looking dessert options but we were very full, so I recommend going on an empty stomach!

Had a Hugo spritz and the cacio e pepe vegan and gf, it was delicious and just what I needed. They couldn’t put the fried artichokes in the cacio e pepe because of cross contamination with gluten fryer but the attention to that alone was much appreciated. Would love to make it back here before I leave Rome. I’d give five stars but Happy Cow won’t let me. Servers are very knowledgeable of the menu. Also got the artichoke carpaccio which was really refreshing and delicious. I will note that I was given ten euros short of change (I paid with a hundred, bill was 34, she gave me 56 back instead of 66) and I only noticed when I walked out. I went back in and she gave me the 10 euros back. It could have been an honest mistake so just double check that you’re getting the right change back when paying cash.
