Great food - They have a cheese plate! - Edit
While this is the only fully vegan restaurant in the area, my choice was definitely influenced by there being a cheese plate. And it didn’t disappoint. The cheese is self fermented and there is even selfmade ricotta.
Read moreOn a different note: We did order a starter each, so we felt that our mains (pasta) were perfectly sized. If not accompanied by a starter, I suppose that they are on the smaller side. The burgers looked like regular portions though. I can absolutely recommend the Tiramisu :)

100% vegan, buoni i taglieri di fermentati. I secondi molto "beige" dovrebbero fare piú verdure e meno "mock meat". In 4 nessuno di noi aveva colore nel piatto, non ci sono insalate.

Loved the food here! Everything was vegan it was a lovely space, we sat outside. Tried the two pastas loved them both as well as the tiramisu and cheesecake! Very special to try all these classics

Read moreFood is rather expensive for what it is: the portions are quite small unfortunately. My partner got the ravioli which were okay and I had the "scaccia e pepe" or sth like that for 14 eur which was quite filling but had that weird after taste a lot of vegan cheese has...
The tiramisu was really good though except for the chocolate cookies they put in there which were just too hard to break with a spoon.
In the end they charged us too much (an additional drink) which we only noticed when we had already left.

I ravioli al ragù vegano sono buonissimi, però sono pochi. L'hamburger Rosti anche è super buono! Unica pecca: prezzi alti, soprattutto per i primi piatti. Comunque consigliatissimo per tutti i vegani!!

When I had my first bite of the ravioli, I closed my eyes and dove into the taste. It was divine. After a few seconds I opened them again to realize that the waiter was standing next to me, waiting patiently to come back to earth to answer his question if I wanted more bread.

Cheese plate!!! (autistic review) - Edit
Okay so there was this cheese plate with different cheeses, fruits, something that looked like seaweed I think ?, crackers and enough bread to balance everyting, cuz the cheese's taste might be sometimes too much sensories, adding the vinegar onions with bread makes it amazing to eat

I then tooked a chocolate cake, there was too much density and taste for me, so maybe if that much chocolate is too triggering for you I might recommand to take something else
HOW TO INTERACT
We asked a table to the waiter, I would recommand to do that because there might be reservations
For the payment, you have to go inside and wait for the waiter to come to you to pay, don’t worry if you wait a little long, the waiter had a lot to do but I promess he understood that you were going to pay

A very unfortunate experience - Edit
I’m sad to say when we dined here the 2 main staff/owners(?) had a huge long argument. Items banged, glasses smashed. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Diners left stunned. One person seemed to have walked out after. My wife and I left money for entree/drinks on table and departed. We shouldn’t have been exposed to such an explosive episode. I can only hope that they find a way to work through this as the food was v tasty. Best of luck.

Had a starter, main (Il Sautan) and desert (Tiramisu) and it was really tasty. Portion of the main course could be a bit bigger in comparison to the starter/dessert. But I was more than full after the 3-course dinner and everything was super tasty. The Tiramisu was the best I have ever had. Highly recommend 🤗

If you have tried many vegan restaurants in italy, then you won't be surprised with the menu. It is good but nothing extraordinary. But for those who are new to veganism, i would totally recommended it. Still,it is great to have a fully vegan restaurant in la spezia. Portion are reasonable and we particularly liked the cheeses plate.

The appetizers were fantastic - we had the cheese plate, the mushroom skewers and the hummus plate. The 3D Tagliata was very very delicious but I didn’t love the accompanying potato salad. The twice baked potato wedges that came with the burgers - maybe the best potatoes I’ve ever had. Plus - crazy good, creamy desserts. Do not miss this gem.

Read moreI got the "goloso" burger with beyond patty-it was very tasty and all of the ingredients went together perfectly. The fries were very tasty as well!
However I think the service could be improved a little bit, the girl serving us was not very polite and I really got the feeling she didn't want to be there 😅 Also, I found a black hair in my fries :(
