Beautiful Local Café - Unique Menu - Edit
My partner and I go to Café Organism pretty frequently, usually as a stop-off after work before heading home. Sydney seems to have a shortage of late-open cafés, so we’re lucky to have this one. My partner will usually get a pot of tea or watermelon slush, and without fail I’ll order a soy sweet potato latte — it’s delicious and such a unique drink, and I can’t help but get it every time. Maybe one day I’ll get a smoothie!
Read moreThey have a few vegan bakery options at the counter, including a brownie and flourless Spanish orange cake. We’ve shared a vegan brownie before, which is super rich and indulgent, and also the tofu roll. The tofu was firm and well-marinated, and the teriyaki dressing was delicious — such an interesting twist on a ciabatta sandwich.
We’re yet to try the bibimbap or the salad — I would love to see the café take on a vegan waffle option sometime soon, or just create more vegan options in general, eg. for the quinoa Bircher and avo toast.
