Pricey and awful customer service - Edit
Updated review. Vegan cheese are almost impossible to find here anymore. There are some frozen goods but very pricey compared to lots of places nearby, namely “la casa del vegan” which is just a few minutes away, walking distance.

Not everything here is vegan and all the products you find here you can find it in other nears stores. You are walking through the store and suddenly, BAM! see a piece of dead bear, for example.
Read moreThat's not the worst part. The first time I went to this place the sellers didn't say hi and offered help. But I though that maybe was just the day, but it happened a second and a third time. The attention was unkind and carefree. Also it is way expensive.
I recommend Vmart. It's near, fair in prices and have an excellent attention.

Excellent organic store - Edit
I travel to Santiago quite often and stay in Providencia. This is an excellent store to get your organic foods. They also have another larger store at Luis Pasteur 5569 in Vitacura. The owner is a very dynamic and a charismatic individual and has a mission of bringing healthy food culture back into the modern lifestyle. They also store seasonal fresh vegetables, salads and fruits.
