Vegan options in the city center - Edit
I was very pleased with this place. The atmosphere is relaxed and the the waiter was really friendly. I visited the place a couple of times. Last time I ordered a vegan brunch, which comes with scrambled tofu instead of eggs, various vegan mock meats, beans, coffee and juice. All for less than 8 euros. It was very filling. All good quality, the beans had an acid taste but overall a good experience. Moreover, there is the advantage that it is right in the city center. Prices are average for Seville. Recommended

Fantastic food and incredible service - Edit
All food on the menu is labelled very clearly with allergens, which is fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful, and are very clued up on what's vegan and gluten free. They speak English well.
Read moreActually, most of the food is vegan and gluten free.
The male waiter Josemi is brilliant and puts a smile on your face with his unlimited energy and positivity. So is the girl that works there but not sure of her name- she works in their other restaurant too and she's lovely.
The food is delicious and not too expensive, and big portions.
Definately recommend!
Pros: Really friendly staff, Delicious food, Staff very knowledgeable on allergens

Not really convinced - Edit
Reception and setting:
Read moreSemana Santa had already begun, so it had been pretty busy for the owners. After missing the night before, we had another shot at finding this place - we're not using smartphones, we just indicated the wrong street on the map. Friendly people, we try our best to get out some Spanish, but it was a plus that the waiter spoke English. Immediately we were presented the whole menu with the whole explanation.
What we had:
We each had the day-menu, but with different options: i had a pasta-salad and vegan paella. I don't remember what my gf had, but this is important mentioning for the price. We both drank a fruit juice with it and finished with a glass of wine for her and a dark brown stout for me.
What we paid:
About 34-ish euro's. The menu seemed cheap (about 12 each, if I remember correctly), though it costed us more than thought. I guess it was our mistake not to ask for the drinks menu.
Some thoughts:
The food was pretty 'meh': my pasta salad was not properly cooked and didn't taste special in any kind of way. The paella was a disappointment: it was more a plain rice dish with paella-herbs, the texture was all the same. This is a problem of my expectations with what I got, but I think it shouldn't be called paella then.
Also, in my opinion veganism should be more than just a diet, but also a type of philosophy. It was a mistake on our side that we didn't ask for the drinks menu, but given that our drinks were included in the menu, our miscalculations shocked us a bit. It felt like we should have asked, but at the same time: why not place it on the tables?
Finally: I'm not completely convinced by the whole meditating-organic-bio-alternative medecine-thing this consortium is involved in. To my feeling, this kind of links up to my previous remark. Food should be food, but once you adopt a philosophy about it, focus on coherence, rather than piling up buzzwords. You may not feel the same way about this as I do.
Some explanation:
On our trip through Sevilla, Córdoba and Granada my girlfriend and me went to this restaurant, so the rating should be taken in comparison to the others for a full overview. I've made a systematic overview, but don't take this too seriously, as my opinion could even conflict with my gf. Mind that the bill of this review needs to be split in two.
Pros: Friendly service, Decent portions, Nice spot in a small, socially active alley
Cons: Food was rather bland, unfinished bits, Surprised by the bill because of drinks

WONDERFUL VEGAN AND VEGGIE CAFÉ - Edit
Organic's is a lovely café/restaurant! I went with a friend and we ate delicious hummus, wonderful soup, a nice vegan-style quiche, delicious veggie burger and amazingly gooey vegan chocolate cake. All of the food was delicious! The decor and atmosphere is lovely, chilled and attractive. Super friendly service. Price isn't dirt cheap, but not too bad. My three courses and tea was €16. I would recommend!

I had the green juice and the vegan meal of the day which was gorgeous. The restaurant is hidden away in an alley so stumbled across it by chance and went back again.

Great Restaurant - Edit
After a long an exhausting day in Sevilla Organic's made us very happy :)
Read moreWe've had different Croquetas, a Hummus Variation with classic and beet root hummus as starters and a Risotto and Noodle main dish.
All of the food was good, the Risotto was a bit "boring" I would have preferred some more spices and some greens in there.
The staff was very friendly and even if they didn't speak much english they tried their best to explain all the dishes to us.

Must-try in Seville - Edit
Great little cafe-eatery in the shopping district of Seville. It's owned by the same people as "Gaia", also on Happy Cow. Specialise in organic, vegetarian and vegan food. We went there for breakfast and both had variations on a vegan-style fry up (seitan or sausages with fried vegetables), both were really tasty. The owners were so welcoming and friendly and enthusiastically talked us through the vegan breakfast options. They also gave us a complimentary pineapple and avocado juice. A must-try if you want somewhere a little more informal or a breakfast/lunch whilst out in Seville.
