Friendly; it's a coffee house, too - Edit
Very friendly staff. Vegan croissants, good coffee, outside seating in summer. Super central at Domplatz, few tram stops f/ central train station. Lotsa nut bars etc. but also quite large organic supermarket.

They got what you need - Edit
We wenn there to shop everything for a nice vegan breakfast and were very happy to find everything we like. Of course it‘s quite extensive, but the shop is really nice looking and the staff helps you if necessary.
