I could imagine a lot of people hanging out front here discussing important topics. It has that kind of vibe.

There were lots of vegan options. The green volcano sandwich was my favorite. The sauce was incredible. The bread was very fresh. My son had the vegan pasta that he liked but there was a bit too much squash for his taste. My husband liked his falafel sandwich. The potatoes on the side were super.

A very satisfying meal that I'd have given five stars to, but the app doesn't allow for more than for, I guess because it's not exclusively vegan. Creative dishes, great vegetables, wonderful seasoning. Will be going back tomorrow!

Nice looking restaurant, clean, friendly staff, good food with vegetarian and vegan options, all organic. We were four and everyone was satisfied with the meal. It was however a bit expensive and not really vegetarian (in La Fortuna we saw few places advertised themselves as vegetarian but when we saw the menu we realised they weren't ) so after we decided to just have vegetarian "casados" (typical lunch with rice, beans, veggies, salad, plantain and a natural drink) and that was cheaper and more filling.

The warm owners and well thought out atmosphere only accent the delicious and healthy food prepared with love.
Refreshing smoothies and gluten-free options made for a satisfying breakfast, with a few treats taken home for later! Even the carnivore in our group was pleasantly surprised by the free range chicken sandwich and raved about the quality.
The shop is set up in such a way that you can shop through their selection of cosmetics, kitchen staples and tasty treats while your food is prepared.
It was nice to have such a selection of both gluten-free and vegan options after days on the road eating just beans and rice
